Burges Salmon Supports US Space Client as it Acquires UK Start Up

Independent UK law firm Burges Salmon has advised US-based ExoAnalytic Solutions, a global leader in space domain awareness services (SSA), on its acquisition of UK-based startup 3S Northumbria. The acquisition represents a significant milestone for the UK space industry and the UK Government, with the deal enhancing the country’s commercial SSA capabilities and championing the development of key skills across the sector.

In a strategic move for ExoAnalytic Solutions, the acquisition grows the company’s presence in the UK and Europe and supports the specific needs of the UK's space initiatives with enhanced SSA, data sharing and operational coordination capabilities. The transaction establishes 3S Northumbria as a wholly owned subsidiary of ExoAnalytic Solutions, with the fast growing start up, known for its innovative approaches to space technology and data integration, benefiting from a global infrastructure and wealth of experience to boost data and service delivery to its domestic and international client base.
